The service operates on the OpenAI API to generate content, and the rights to content created by users through the platform remain with the users. AIzenNest does not claim any ownership of user-generated content and does not store or publish such content on its platform.

4. OpenAI API and Content Creation

Our Services use the OpenAI API for content creation. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The content generated through our Services is based on the input you provide.
• You should avoid submitting personal, confidential, or sensitive information in your requests.
• AIzenNest is not responsible for the content generated by the OpenAI API or the overall stability of OpenAI services.
• AIzenNest does not claim ownership of the content generated by the OpenAI API and attributes it to the user's input and the OpenAI system.

5. Limitations of Use

You are specifically restricted from the following:

• Publishing any Website material in any other media without proper attribution.
• Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material.
• Using this Website in any way that is or may be damaging to this Website.
• Using this Website in any way that impacts user access to this Website.
• Overusing the service beyond standard normal usage, defined as follows:
- Text Generation: You are limited to 1,000 requests per subscription cycle for services utilizing text models (e.g., MailCraft, PostCraft, RespondCraft).
- Audio Generation: Creating audio is counted as 2 requests from the pool of text generation limit. The maximum length of a single audio generation is limited to 1500 characters.
- Image Generation: Image generation is counted as 5 requests from the pool of text generation limit for standard resolution images (1024x1024 pixels) and as 10 requests from the pool of text generation limit for higher resolutions (1024x1792 or 1792x1024).

In the event of a breach of these terms, particularly the restrictions outlined, AIzenNest reserves the right to terminate user accounts without prior notice. This action is in place to maintain the integrity and security of the service and its users.

6. No Warranties

This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and AIzenNest expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AIzenNest, nor its owner, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract. AIzenNest, including its owner, officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.
